A valid credit card (VISA, MASTER or AMERICAN EXPRESS) is required to guarantee your reservation. You can enter your credit card details on a secure server.

Modification Policy
You may modify your reservation (including changing dates, room types, and/or number of rooms) at no cost provided that the modifications are made before the start of the late cancellation period.

Children Policy
2 child(ren), no older than 12, may stay free of charge when staying with their parents or guardian.

Early Check-out Policy
You will be charge 100% of the total room charge of the remaining days

Charging of Payment
Room charges will be billed in Local Currency (Rupiah) at the Hotel prevailing billing rate, otherwise room charge payment should be paid in USD bank notes

ReservationDeposit Reminder
The 10% reservation guarantee deposit cannot be amended or refunded in the event the Guest modifies the booking.

Tropical Fruit Policy
Durian and mangosteen fruits are not allowed in our hotel. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed in our hotel

Baby Cot / Crib
Baby cots / baby cribs are available on request.

Extra Bed
Extra beds are available on request, subject to availability, each at USD 30++ per night, inclusive of one breakfast.
Extra beds are not allowed for Executive Room

Airport Transfer
We offer an airport limousine transfer with additional surcharge, maximum of two persons per vehicle. On the 'Register' page of the reservation system, please tell us in the 'Special Request' box that you wish to arrange for an airport transfer on arrival.

Children’s Breakfast
Breakfast for children 12 and under is chargeable at 50% of the regular rate.

1. Scope of Terms
These terms govern all reservations made through our Property Website.

2. Acceptance
You accept these terms on behalf of all members of your party.

3. Non-refundable Reservation Guarantee Deposit (NRGD)
To guarantee your reservation a Non-refundable Reservation Guarantee Deposit (NRGD) equal to ten percent (10%) of the Total Room Charge (excluding applicable taxes and any other charges ) is debited from your credit card when you click "Confirm reservation." Paying the NRGD enters you into a legal and valid contract with us subject to these terms of reservation.

4. Confirmed Reservation
The reservation is processed and confirmed within seconds. You will see a Confirmation Page containing your RBS WorldPay Transaction ID and Property Confirmation Number that you should save and/or print for your records.

5. Terms of Modifying a Reservation
You may modify your reservation directly through our Property Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week subject to our Modification Policy as stated in the “Property Policy” section. The NRGD is fixed at the time your original reservation was confirmed, so modifications made to your reservation, irrespective of changes in dates, room types and/or number of nights, are not subject to additional payment. The full value of the modified reservation minus the NRGD already paid, including any additional room charges, applicable taxes and other charges, should be settled at the property.

Note: You will need the email address used for your reservation and the RBS WorldPay Transaction ID to verify your identity before modifying your reservation.

6. Terms of Canceling a Reservation
You may cancel your reservation directly through our Property Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to our Cancellation and No-Show Policy as stated in the “Property Policies” section. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for Cancellation Fees in accordance with our stated Cancellation Policies in effect at the time your reservation was confirmed.

Note: You will need the email address used for your reservation and the RBS WorldPay Transaction ID to verify your identity before cancelling your reservation.

7. Terms of a No-Show Occurrence
In the event that you do not arrive before the time specified in the Cancellation and No-Show Policy as stated in the "Property Policy" section you will have committed a "No-Show." This gives us the right to charge your credit card for the No-Show Fees as stated there.

8. Property’s Responsibility
Your contract for the room services is strictly with our Property – as such, we are solely responsible for providing you room and related services.

9. Secure Reservation Processing
The reservation processing is securely facilitated by our online reservation partners RBS WorldPay, Verisign and DirectWithHotels.

10. No Liability
Neither we, nor our online reservation partners RBS WorldPay, Verisign or DirectWithHotels , nor any of our directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives, will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of any information, products, services and/or the materials offered through this website, including but not limited to, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, or any indirect or consequential loss or damages, even if we, RBS WorldPay, Verisign or DirectWithHotels have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage, or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable.

11. Limitation of Financial Liability
In the highly unlikely event of an issue arising as pertains to a reservation, the liability to us, RBS WorldPay, Verisign and/or DirectWithHotels, if any, is limited to the Non-refundable Reservation Guarantee Deposit paid at the time of the reservation.

12. Governing Law
Your reservation is governed by the laws of Jersey, British Isles, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. The reservation confirmation (if any) and these terms represent the entire agreement between you and our Property Website with payment processing enabled by RBS WorldPay, Verisign and DirectWithHotels.
